Your device comes with instructions, but here are some professional tips from Nicole for maximum benefits!
-Always use after cleansing and applying Glacier Gel, morning or night.
-Use twice a week, for 10 minutes a day! That's all you need! Do not do more than that
-Use more Glacier Gel than feels necessary! The gel should be a thick layer, as it contains beautiful skincare ingredients that will absorb quickly, and are necessary for current conduction. Apply more if needed to ensure the device works properly. The gel should be left on the skin, and moisturizer should be applied over it.
-Always keep the device moving! Move in an upward motion unless you are concentrating on one specific target area, in which case, move in a circular motion
-LMH will illuminate blue when no current is present. When pressed 3 times, they will illuminate Red to indicate current is flowing and Radio Frequency is on!
