Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped within the United States and Internationally using the following carriers: UPS .

We provide shipping options/rates/speeds to best meet the needs of the customer, and you have the option to choose which one of those works best for you. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.  This may be less depending upon the flow of orders. Please be aware of this when choosing shipping speed.  We ship Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.  All orders processed on Saturday/Sunday and holidays will ship during regular resumed business hours. 

Please allow longer processing times during holidays.

 If you do not receive your order:

Events beyond our control may occur once the parcel has left our warehouse.  You must contact customer service at info@NicoleCaroline.com with proper communication for any questions or concerns and we will do all we can to investigate the issue.

Next Day Delivery and In Store Pick-up is available during business hours.  

For International Shipping

The customer is given the choice of how they wish to handle Taxes and Duties

They may choose to pay upon country arrival, or handle them at checkout

All Customers: 

You the customer, are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
